I am an executive talent assessment specialist with proven track record of success and 15+ years in psychometric assessments, personality tests, behavioral interviewing, coaching psychology, 360 feedback, competency frameworks and designing employee engagement & assessment centers.

From high-potential employees to those working at senior executive roles, I love to help my clients in understanding their hidden potentials and prepare themselves to embrace the inevitable challenges that will arise as they prepare for the future.

During my consulting role in professionally administering personality and behavioral assessments, I have worked with many high-profile clients such as the U.S. Embassy, Emirates Group, the State Bank of Pakistan and Civil Services of Pakistan. I have recently coached HR director of a top premier league football club. I also recently consulted in the Middle East for one of Oman’s biggest government owned organization.

Through these experiences, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the workforce needs and cultural norms of a variety of industries, which has therein helped me discover the fundamental common thread in assisting individuals in developing themselves: I strongly believe that each individual requires unique attention in order to discover his/her potential and apply it to continuous self-development.
